Prompt Communication
Within 90 days of initiating a case, our clients receive a confidential, written Attorney's Case Analysis from us. This comprehensive document includes all the specifics of the case, including liability, damages, defense theory, critical dates, an evaluation of opposing counsel and the trial judge, and the estimated attorney time and costs. Our prompt communication at the beginning and our constant updates throughout the litigation process keep you informed on all important matters. If you call us with questions at any time, we make every attempt to return your call the same day. You should not have to call with a legal question on Monday and wait until Friday for an answer.
