Tyler is admitted to practice law in Ohio and Kentucky. He is a 2005 graduate of the Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University. In 2002 he received degrees in mathematics/computer science and computer information systems from Concord College in Athens, West Virginia. While at Concord he was a member of Blue Key Honor Society and a tutor in mathematics and computer science for Student Support Services.
Originally from Portsmouth, Ohio, Tyler spent the summer of 2004 as a clerk for Judge Howard H. Harcha III in the Scioto County Court of Common Pleas before joining Smith, Rolfes & Skavdahl as a law clerk in the fall of 2004. He and his wife currently reside in Ludlow, Kentucky.
