Will joined Smith, Rolfes & Skavdahl, L.P.A. after working for Zurich American Insurance Company in New York City as a Claims Attorney in their Directors & Officers and Diversified Financial Institutions department. In his capacity as a Claims Attorney with Zurich, Will reviewed a variety of policies and issued numerous opinion letters addressing coverage for third party liability claims including, but not limited to, complex litigation and regulatory investigations. Will also participated in the management and resolution of litigation submitted for coverage, negotiating settlements in the millions of dollars. Prior to his work at Zurich, Will engaged in general legal practice and commercial litigation in and around New York City.
