Valerie joined Smith, Rolfes & Skavdahl after practicing with an insurance defense firm and in the areas of real estate development, construction, foreclosure, and business litigation, where she frequently assisted her clients in securing insurance coverage when faced with claims and litigation.  This experience affords her a unique perspective in the evaluation and litigation of coverage issues and claims.  Beyond litigation, her practice also concentrates on coverage analysis and coverage investigations.
