Tyler started with Smith, Rolfes & Skavdahl as a law clerk in 2004, and joined the firm as an associate after graduating from law school.  Before joining the firm, Tyler worked as a law clerk for Judge Howard H. Harcha III of the Scioto County Court of Common Pleas.  Tyler has taken over 150 examinations under oath for insurance claims in Ohio, Kentucky, Michigan, Illinois, Missouri and Arizona.
