    Notable Experience

    SIGNIFICANT JURY VERDICTS

    Dismissal of case by plaintiff in the middle of her cross-examination in Bullitt County, Kentucky lawsuit stemming from a slip and fall at a strip mall with disputed liability and injury claims. Plaintiff dismissed her suit the second day of the jury trial during cross-examination.

    Successfully argued a case regarding patent infringement in front of the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
