Barri joined Smith Rolfes & Skavdahl in 2017. Barri has experience at every level of litigation, from pre-suit negotiations through jury trials, in the state of Florida. She has represented both Plaintiffs and Defendants throughout her career, and has extensive experience handling professional malpractice cases, business litigation, and property and casualty defense.  Prior to joining Smith Rolfes & Skavdahl, Barri worked as a civil litigation plaintiff’s attorney exclusively representing children who were injured and abused in Florida’s child welfare system.

Barri graduated from Emory University School of Law in 2013. While in law school, Barri was the recipient of the Dean’s Award for Outstanding Academic Achievement in Evidence and was a recurring member of the Dean’s List. She also worked as a part time legal intern for the Barton Child Law and Policy Center Appeal for Youth Clinic and was the president and founder of the Family Law and Child Advocacy Society. Barri received her Bachelor of Science in psychology from the University of Florida and graduated cum laude in 2009.
