Patricia J. Trombetta, Partner
Pat Trombetta is admitted to practice law in Ohio, Illinois and Washington D.C. Although born in Jamestown, New York, she grew up in Michigan. She earned her bachelor of arts degree cum laude from Michigan State University in 1977, majoring in humanities pre-law. Pat completed her legal studies at the University of Kentucky College of Law, earning her J.D. in December 1980. She received the American Jurisprudence Awards for both decedent’s estates and civil procedure II. While in law school, she was certified as a legal intern and served her internship with Central Kentucky Legal Services representing indigent clients.

Pat’s previous legal experience includes employment with The Personal Service Insurance Co. as a subrogation attorney and the J.C. Penney Casualty Insurance Co. where she served as a claim litigation attorney supervising litigation throughout the U.S. She has been in private practice in the insurance defense field in the Cincinnati area since 1992. She is a member of the Ohio State and Cincinnati Bar Associations. Pat serves with the Hamilton County Arbitration Office as an arbitration panel member and she is the past Vice-Chairperson of the Cincinnati Bar Association’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee. Pat handles pro bono cases for the Volunteer Lawyers Project of the Legal Aid Society of Cincinnati.  She also serves as a mentor for a program administered by Xavier University for pre-law students.  She is married and has two sons.
