Lindsay Smith-Rump, Associate
Lindsay Smith-Rump was admitted to the practice of law in State of Ohio in 2003, the Commonwealth of Kentucky in 2004, and in Federal Court in 2005. A 2003 graduate of Salmon P. Chase College of Law, she was the recipient of the William H. Greaves Scholarship and the CALI Award of Excellence in Trial Advocacy. Lindsay received a Bachelor of Arts in English from Northern Kentucky University in 2003. Prior to joining our firm Lindsay practiced in Northern Kentucky with the Law Offices of Donald L. Nageleisen, P.S.C. Lindsay’s main focus was criminal law, family law, and personal injury.
While at Northern Kentucky University, Lindsay participated in numerous social and philanthropic activities, but her main extracurricular focus was as a member of the Women’s Soccer team, where, as a senior captain, she led her team to a final four appearance, was voted All-Region, and received the Career Achievement Award.
Lindsay lives in Independence, Kentucky, with her husband.
