James P. Nolan II, Associate
Jim Nolan is admitted to practice law in the state and federal courts of Ohio. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Dayton School of Law in 1991. He was awarded a Dean's scholarship during his three years of law school and received American Jurisprudence awards for earning the highest grades in contracts and constitutional law. He served as articles editor for the University of Dayton Law Review. After receiving his undergraduate degree from the University of Cincinnati in 1976, Jim worked for a number of years in the insurance industry. He holds a CPCU designation (Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter). He is currently a member of the Ohio State and American Bar Associations.
